Cleaning ~ All our properties are thoroughly cleaned between bookings. We request that you
  leave your accommodation clean and tidy before departing. To help us maintain our high standards, please list any breakages or deficiencies you find in your property.
   
Extra persons ~ A cot is available on request for all cottages for which there is no extra cost.
  (Cots are for children under 2 years only). 'Well Park' also has a bed settee which can take an extra person. Under no circumstances may more than the maximum number of persons occupy the property (booking conditions paragraph 8.2).
   
Arrival & Departure times ~ Our start days are Fridays. Short break holidays can start on any
   

day of the week to suit you. Your accommodation will be ready for you to occupy any time after 3pm on the start day of your holiday, please do not arrive early, as time is needed to thoroughly clean the accommodation. Please note that you should vacate your accommodation by 10am on your departure day.

Full travelling instructions will be sent to you on receipt of your balance payment.
Please advise us of time of arrival two or three days before your holiday so that arrangements can be made to welcome you and to hand over the keys.
  
Representation ~ We will be at Ham Farm to meet you on your arrival and for your departure.
   
During the week we are often in attendance and, in any event, can always be contacted by telephone.
 
Alterations ~ We cannot normally accept an alteration to a booking once we have received the
    booking form and deposit. However, we will cosider requests for an alteration at our discretion, upon written notification and an alteration fee to cover our administration costs.
       
  Booking your holiday ~ You can make your reservation by telephone: 01805 624000 or by
   

fax: 01805 623058. Once your reservation is confirmed you should complete the booking form and post it to us by first class post together with your initial payment.

Your initial payment should consist of the deposit payment of not less than one third of the total holiday charge together with the appropriate insurance premium. However, if you are booking within 56 days of the commencement date of your holiday you should send the full amount and insurance premium balance payment.

On receipt of the booking form and payment we will confirm your reservation in writing. The balance will then be payable 56 days before arrival. On receipt of your final payment we will acknowledge receipt and send you precise directions of how to get to Ham farm.
       
  Short Break Holidays ~ 2/3/4 night Short Breaks are available from November to March,
    and at other times are subject to availability.
